Removed nonsensical warnings when instrumenting code for Delphi 5 - 7.

Mixed use of $IF and $IFDEF caused an instrumenting problem when the nesting
ended with {$IFEND}{$ENDIF} in the same line of code (but worked when split
up into two lines). Fixed.

If a program has more than 65500 procedures, not all files will be instrumented !
- The procedures measured then are those in the first directories of the search path.
- Therefore, measurement results are not available for all procedures.
- Run times of measured procedures may contain times of uninstrumented child procedures.
Before a program with more than 65500 procedures could not be measured at all.

    a buggy file 'profintf.pas' was delivered.

    After download unzip the file and copy it to the directory where ProDelphi was installed.

    VCL programs are not affected.
